Chicken Wings with Fireball Whiskey BBQ Sauce





Ingredients:
| 4 lbs Chicken Wings |
| 1/2 Cup Ketchup |
| 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar |
| 2 50ml Bottles of Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey |
| 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar |
| 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce |
| 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder |
| 1/4 Tsp Sapt |
| 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper |
| 1/8 Tsp Cayenne Pepper |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the chicken wings on the baking sheet, evenly spaced. Bake for 40 minutes, flipping after 20 minutes. The internal temperature should be 165 degrees F.
- While the chicken is baking, prepare the sauce. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and stir to combine. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat to a slow simmer and let simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
- When the wings are done baking, transfer to a large bowl. Pour the sauce over the top and toss to coat.
- Serve and enjoy!
