Pink Espresso Martini

Ingredients:

3 Shots of Espresso, cooled
3 oz Strawberry Vodka
5 oz Strawberries & Cream Liqueur
Red Food Coloring
Espresso Beans or Grated Chocolate, for garnish
Ice

Directions:

  1. Make the instant espresso and let cool completely.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the espresso, vodka, liqueur, and a few drops of red food coloring.
  3. Shake vigorously then strain into 2 martini glasses.
  4. Garnish with espresso beans or grate chocolate over the top. Enjoy!
