Individual Shamrock Shake Pudding Cups (Alcoholic)

Ingredients:
Approximately 30 2oz Plastic Cups with Lids 3.4 oz Box Instant Chocolate Pudding 1 1/2 Cups Milk 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract 1/2 Cup Vanilla Vodka 1/4 Cup Creme de Menthe 8 oz Tub Cool Whip, thawed Green Food Coloring Whipped Cream, for topping Maraschino Cherries, for topping
Directions: Add the pudding, milk, and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Add the vodka and crème de menthe. Stir to combine. Fold in the Cool Whip and stir until completely blended and smooth. Add a few drops of green food coloring and stir until no streaks remain. Add additional food coloring and stir until your desired color is reached. Spoon into the plastic cups, filling about 2/3 full, and place on a baking sheet. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to overnight. If refrigerating overnight, add the covers to the cups. When ready to serve, add a dollop of whipped cream and a cherry to each pudding cup. Serve and enjoy! Leftovers should be stored in the fridge. Use the lids to make the cups easier to stack.
