Individual Shamrock Shake Pudding Cups (with Liquor)





Serves Approx 30
Ingredients:
| Approximately 30 2oz Plastic Cups with Lids |
| 3.4 oz Box Instant Chocolate Pudding |
| 1 1/2 Cups Milk |
| 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract |
| 1/2 Cup Vanilla Vodka |
| 1/4 Cup Creme de Menthe |
| 8 oz Tub Cool Whip, thawed |
| Green Food Coloring |
| Whipped Cream, for topping |
| Maraschino Cherries, for topping |
Directions:
- Add the pudding, milk, and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
- Add the vodka and crème de menthe. Stir to combine.
- Fold in the Cool Whip and stir until completely blended and smooth.
- Add a few drops of green food coloring and stir until no streaks remain. Add additional food coloring and stir until your desired color is reached.
- Spoon into the plastic cups, filling about 2/3 full, and place on a baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to overnight. If refrigerating overnight, add the covers to the cups.
- When ready to serve, add a dollop of whipped cream and a cherry to each pudding cup. Serve and enjoy!
- Leftovers should be stored in the fridge. Use the lids to make the cups easier to stack.
