Air Fryer Rosemary and Parmesan Chickpeas





Ingredients:
| 15 oz Can Chickpeas |
| Olive Oil |
| 2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese, plus more for topping |
| 1 Tsp Dried Rosemary, crushed, plus more for topping |
| 1 Tsp Garlic Powder |
| Salt & Pepper, to taste |
Directions:
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Add to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat.
- Add the parmesan, dried rosemary, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
- Place in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes, stir, then cook for an additional 5 minutes. If they are not as crispy as you like, continue to cook for a few more minutes.
- Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese and rosemary. Serve and enjoy!
