Merry Cranberry Mimosa

Ingredients:

Fresh Cranberries
1 Orange, thinly sliced
1 Rosemary Sprigs
Cranberry Juice
Champagne or Sparkling Juice

Directions:

  1. Fill each ice cube mold about 1/3 full of cranberries.
  2. Fold an orange slice and wedge into the ice cube mold.
  3. Slice a rosemary sprig into thirds and place one in each ice cube mold.
  4. Fill the rest of the way with cranberry juice.
  5. Freeze until solid.
  6. Place one ice cube in each glass and top with champagne or sparkling juice. Enjoy!
