Ingredients:
20 oz Package Vanilla Almond Bark
Heaping 1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Cups Salted Peanuts
2 Cups Mini Marshmallows
Directions:
Add the almond bark and peanut butter to a microwave safe bowl and heat in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until completely melted. You want the mixture to be warm, not hot. If it’s hot, let it sit for 1-2 minutes.
Stir in the vanilla extract.
Add the peanuts and marshmallows and stir until fully coated. Add more of each if you think you have too much chocolate and not enough filling.
Use a cookie scoop to drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment paper lined baking sheets. Let sit at room temperature until set or refrigerate until set.
