Chocolate Peanut Butter Marshmallow Clusters





Ingredients:
| 20 oz Package Vanilla Almond Bark |
| Heaping 1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter |
| 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract |
| 2 Cups Salted Peanuts |
| 2 Cups Mini Marshmallows |
Directions:
- Add the almond bark and peanut butter to a microwave safe bowl and heat in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until completely melted. You want the mixture to be warm, not hot. If it’s hot, let it sit for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Add the peanuts and marshmallows and stir until fully coated. Add more of each if you think you have too much chocolate and not enough filling.
- Use a cookie scoop to drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment paper lined baking sheets. Let sit at room temperature until set or refrigerate until set.
- Serve and enjoy!
- Store in an airtight container on the counter.
