Mocha Chocolate Mousse topped with Whipped Cream and Fresh Raspberries

Ingredients:

2 cups heavy cream
1 pint Double Chocolate Fudge Ice Cream Topping
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon instant espresso or coffee powder
Extra whipped cream, for topping
Fresh Raspberries, for topping
Shaved Chocolate Bar, for topping

Directions:

  1. Whip 1 pint heavy whipping cream to medium stiff peaks. Stir in 1 pint jar of double fudge topping, 1 teaspoon instant espresso or coffee, and 2 teaspoons cocoa. Put in dessert glasses. Refrigerate until serving. Garnish with whipped cream, fresh raspberries, and chocolate shavings.
