Blackstone Frosted Flake French Toast





Ingredients:
| 4 Cups Frosted Flakes |
| 4 Large Eggs |
| 1/2 Cup Milk |
| 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract |
| 1 Tsp Sugar |
| 1 Tsp Cinnamon |
| Butter, for cooking |
| 8 Slices Brioche or Texas Toast |
| Maple Syrup, for serving |
Directions:
- Place the Frosted Flakes in a Ziploc bag and use a rolling pin to crush. You don’t want too many large pieces. Pour into a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, sauce, and cinnamon.
- Preheat the griddle to medium heat. Once hot, add a few Tbsp of butter and spread as it melts.
- Working one piece at a time, dip a slice of bread in the egg mixture, letting the excess drip off. Then, place in the Frosted Flakes and flip to coat both sides. Gently press down if needed, to get the cereal to stick.
- Place on the griddle on cook on each side until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Be careful to not burn the Frosted Flakes.
- Transfer to a serving platter and serve immediately with maple syrup. Enjoy!
