Easy Blackstone Shrimp

Ingredients:

1 lb Shrimp, thawed, peeled, and deveined
4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
4 Large Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
Juice from 1 Lemon

Directions:

  1. Preheat the griddle to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the surface.
  2. Add the shrimp and cook on each side for 2-3 minutes or until cooked through and opaque.
  3. Move the shrimp to the side and melt the butter in the middle of the griddle. Add the garlic, salt, and pepper. Let cook for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the shrimp to the melted butter and toss to coat. Let cook for an additional minute to absorb the flavors.
  5. Transfer to a serving platter and drizzle the fresh lemon juice over the top.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
