Banana Daiquiri

Ingredients:

2 1/2 oz Peanut Butter Whiskey
1 1/2 oz Banana Liqueur
1 Tbsp Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
1 Tbsp Light Brown Sugar
1 Cup Frozen Banana, sliced
1/2 Cup Ice
Maraschino Cherry, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Use very ripe, almost brown, bananas. Cut into slices, place on a baking sheet or plate and freeze until frozen, about 2 hours or more.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth (or ice or banana chunks).
  3. Pour into a lowball glass and garnish with a cherry.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
