Almond & Cream Cheese Stuffed Dates

Serves 24


12 fancy dates, sliced in half and pitted
8 oz regular cream cheese, room temperature
1 package Blue Diamond Regular or Smokehouse Almonds


  1. Stuff each date half with about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese and top with 1 of the almonds. Can be served at room temperature like this or warmed before serving.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  3. Stuff dates with the cream cheese. Arrange dates on a pan and place in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven then place the almond on top just before serving.
