B-L-T Avocado Burgers

Serves 6


6 Festival Gourmet Bacon Cheddar Burgers
Montreal Steak Seasoning, to taste
Romaine lettuce leaves, for garnish
6 tomato slices, about 1/4-inch thick
6 slices sharp Cheddar cheese
1 slightly firm Hass Avocado, peeled and thinly sliced
Taco Bell Bold & Creamy Chipotle Sauce, to taste
6 Kaiser or hamburger buns, buttered and toasted


  1. Preheat Grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place pre-made burger patties on grill rack; sprinkle with Montreal Steak Seasoning, cover, and cook about 4 minutes. Turn and season the other side, continue cooking until cooked to desired doneness and add 1 slice of Sharp Cheddar on top of each burger and cover for 1 more minute more.
  3. Remove from grill and place on platter and cover with foil to keep warm.
  4. To assemble burgers, on the bottom of each toasted roll layer lettuce, a tomato slice, grilled burger, sliced avocado and Chipotle sauce. Add bun top and serve.
