Add chicken broth, beer, and heavy cream; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer; add both cheeses and stir until completely melted. Stir in Sour Cream and season to taste with seasoned salt and freshly ground pepper. Ladle into bowls and top with French-fried onions and reserved bacon bits.
