Mocha Chocolate Mousse topped with Whipped Cream and Fresh Raspberries





Serves 6
Ingredients:
| 2 cups heavy cream |
| 1 pint Double Chocolate Fudge Ice Cream Topping |
| 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder |
| 1 teaspoon instant espresso or coffee powder |
| Extra whipped cream, for topping |
| Fresh Raspberries, for topping |
| Shaved Chocolate Bar, for topping |
Directions:
- Whip 1 pint heavy whipping cream to medium stiff peaks. Stir in 1 pint jar of double fudge topping, 1 teaspoon instant espresso or coffee, and 2 teaspoons cocoa. Put in dessert glasses. Refrigerate until serving. Garnish with whipped cream, fresh raspberries, and chocolate shavings.
