Artichoke Dip with Curry

Serves 6


Ingredients:

1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup peppadews, diced
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
Black pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine all in mixing bowl, mix well & spread in small baking dish. Sprinkle more Italian cheese blend on top and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Serve with toasted French bread or crackers.
