Southwest Steak Marinade

Serves 4


Ingredients:

1/4 cup canned chipotle peppers, mashed
2 tablespoons ground cumin
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 cups pineapple juice
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 lb flank steak or sirloin steak

Directions:

  1. Combine first seven ingredients and pour over steak in plastic bag or shallow pan. Cover and chill for 3 hours.
  2. Remove steak from marinade and prepare however you would like!
