Pumpkin Gingersnap Trifle

Ingredients:

1 quart Pumpkin Chiffon, from Deli Dept. salad case
1 cup Lingonberry Sauce
Sweetened whipped cream
4 clear glasses, wine, martini, low ball or dessert cups
Ginger Thins

Directions:

  1. Layer the following in each cup 2-3 times: chiff on, sauce, Ginger Thins and finish with whipped cream. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Garnish with half of a Ginger Thin right before serving!
