Fettuccine with Lemon, Pecorino & Thyme

Ingredients:

+ Add All Ingredients to Shopping List
1 bag Fettuccine+ Add to Shopping List
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil+ Add to Shopping List
1 clove garlic, minced+ Add to Shopping List
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice+ Add to Shopping List
1/2 cup grated pecorino romano cheese+ Add to Shopping List
2 tablespoons fresh lemon thyme+ Add to Shopping List
Salt, to taste+ Add to Shopping List
Pepper, to taste+ Add to Shopping List

Directions:

  1. In small bowl combine oil, garlic, lemon juice, thyme, salt and pepper.
  2. Boil pasta according to instructions, drain, place back in same pan & add oil mixture. Add in cheese & toss all together to coat well. Serve immediately or at room temperature!
