Fettuccine with Lemon, Pecorino & Thyme

Ingredients:
1 bag Fettuccine
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup grated pecorino romano cheese
2 tablespoons fresh lemon thyme
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Directions:
In small bowl combine oil, garlic, lemon juice, thyme, salt and pepper.
Boil pasta according to instructions, drain, place back in same pan & add oil mixture. Add in cheese & toss all together to coat well. Serve immediately or at room temperature!
