Ricotta Stuffed Shells





Serves 4
Ingredients:
| 20 jumbo shells |
| 1 lb fresh ricotta cheese |
| 1 egg |
| 1 cup Italian Cheese Blend, (by Kraft) |
| 2 cloves garlic, minced |
| Salt, to taste |
| Pepper, to taste |
| 1/4 cup fresh basil or parsley, chopped |
Directions:
- Boil noodles al dente, drain, cool and set aside.
- In mixing bowl combine ricotta, egg, cheese, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Fill each shell with cheese mixture and place in greased baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top, cover dish with foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes. The remaining 5 minutes remove foil and let top get a little golden. Sprinkle top with chopped fresh basil or parsley before serving!
