1 cup Festival Peanut Sauce
2 cooked teriyaki chicken breasts, (from deli counter) diced
1 cup matchstick carrots
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Chopped fresh cilantro
Directions:
Spread sauce over crust, sprinkle with remianing ingredients but the cilantro. Bake in a 400 degrees F oven for 20 minutes until cheese is golden. Remove and sprinkle on cilantro!
