Grilled Pork Tenderloin





Serves 6
Ingredients:
| 1 pork tenderloin |
| 1/4 cup sherry vinegar |
| 2 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary |
| 1 clove garlic, minced |
| 1 tablespoon olive oil |
| Salt, to taste |
| Pepper, to taste |
Directions:
- Place pork in gallon size plastic bag. Place all ingredients in plastic bag with pork and seal. Place in refrigerator for up to 4 hours, turning occasionally.
- On high heat, grill pork, turning it three times, until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F. Let sit and rest for about 3 minutes before cutting.
