Herb-Crusted Turkey Tenderloin





Serves 4
Ingredients:
| 2 lb turkey tenderloins |
| 1/4 cup olive oil |
| 1 shallot, minced |
| 1 cup chopped fresh herbs, (Mix any of the following: basil, oregano, parsley & rosemary) |
| Kosher salt, to taste |
| Black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
- Take 2 tablespoons oil and rub all over tenderloins, then rub herbs, salt, pepper and shallot all over. Chill & marinate for 2 hours.
- Heat a large skillet with the remaining oil on medium heat. Then add turkey, brown on all sides and place pan in the oven at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes. Remove and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
