Herb-Crusted Top Sirloin

Serves 2


Ingredients:

2 top sirloin steaks
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 package mixed herbs: rosemary, basil, oregano, parsley, thyme, etc.
2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:

  1. In plastic bag combine vinegar, garlic and mustard. Add steak and marinate 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. Heat grill. Remove steak and press in herbs and salt and pepper on both sides. Grill over high heat, each side for approximately 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest a few minutes before cutting.
