Herb-Crusted Turkey Tenderloin

Serves 4


Ingredients:

2 lb turkey tenderloins
1/4 cup olive oil
1 shallot, minced
1 cup chopped fresh herbs, (Mix any of the following: basil, oregano, parsley & rosemary)
Kosher salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Take 2 tablespoons oil and rub all over tenderloins, then rub herbs, salt, pepper and shallot all over. Chill & marinate for 2 hours.
  2. Heat a large skillet with the remaining oil on medium heat. Then add turkey, brown on all sides and place pan in the oven at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes. Remove and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
