Citrus Miso Glaze

Serves 2 cups


Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups orange juice concentrate, thawed
6 tablespoons miso paste
2 tablespoons ginger paste
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil, optional

Directions:

  1. Combine all together and mix well.
  2. Spread glaze on fish or chicken while grilling or baking. If grilling, grill both sides of meat first, then brush glaze only on the top of meat and let finish cooking.
  3. Add sesame oil for extra flavor.
