Ingredients:
1 bunch fresh red chard, stems removed & leaves chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves fresh garlic, sliced thin
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Directions:
Heat large skillet on medium high heat. Add oil, then garlic and greens. Toss quickly with tongs. Add salt & pepper and a small splash of water. Then add lemon juice, toss and serve immediately.
