Balsamic Sautéed Peppers and Onions





Serves 4
Ingredients:
+ Add All Ingredients to Shopping List
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced+ Add to Shopping List |
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced+ Add to Shopping List |
1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced+ Add to Shopping List |
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil+ Add to Shopping List |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar+ Add to Shopping List |
Salt, to taste+ Add to Shopping List |
Pepper, to taste+ Add to Shopping List |
Directions:
- Heat a large nonstick skillet to medium-high heat and add olive oil. Add sliced peppers and onions and cook until lightly browned and caramelized, about 10 minutes. Add balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper, to taste. Keep warm until ready to serve.
