BBQ Ham with Peach Orange Glaze





Serves 8
Ingredients:
| Olive oil |
| 1 cup peach preserves |
| 1 cup orange juice |
| 2 teaspoon spicy or Dijon mustard |
| 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced |
| 2 teaspoons fresh ginger root, grated or 1 teaspoon ground ginger |
| 1/4 cup soy sauce |
| 2 tablespoons lemon juice |
| 5 lb cooked smoked ham, thickly sliced |
Directions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Rub ham slices with olive oil on all sides.
- For glaze, combine peach preserves, orange juice, mustard, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and lemon juice in small saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat and whisk. Reduce heat to simmer and let sauce reduce to glaze-like consistency, about 10 minutes.
- Grill ham slices about 5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Brush with some of the glaze on both sides and grill another 5 minutes on each side or until lightly charred and caramelized.
- Just before serving, brush ham with glaze again. Serve any remaining glaze with ham.
