For glaze, combine peach preserves, orange juice, mustard, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and lemon juice in small saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat and whisk. Reduce heat to simmer and let sauce reduce to glaze-like consistency, about 10 minutes.
Grill ham slices about 5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Brush with some of the glaze on both sides and grill another 5 minutes on each side or until lightly charred and caramelized.
Just before serving, brush ham with glaze again. Serve any remaining glaze with ham.
