Pecan Havarti Quesadilla with Pear Preserves

Ingredients:

1 tortillas, (8 inch)
1/3 cup Shredded Castello Aged Havarti
2 tablespoons Toasted Pecans
Pear Preserves

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle one side of tortilla with Havarti Cheese.
  2. Top with pecans.
  3. Fold tortilla over filling.
  4. Coat a non-stick skillet with cooking spray and cook quesadilla over medium high heat for 2 minutes each side or until cheese melts.
  5. Slice into wedges and serve with pear preserves.
