Puffed Pastry with Hot Pepper Raspberry Preserves





Ingredients:
| 1 package frozen puff pastry |
| 8 oz Brie |
| 1/2 cup Rothschild Hot Pepper Raspberry Preserves |
| Egg wash, 1 egg beaten with 1 teaspoon water |
Directions:
- Cut one 7 inch circle and one 9 inch circle from the pastry. Keep cold.
- Cut brie in half horizontally. Spread Hot Pepper Raspberry Preserves on bottom half. Replace top.
- Center Brie on the 7 inch circle. Brush egg and water on pastry from cheese to pastry edge.
- Cover 9 inch circle and press gently on top piece of dough at edges to seal the two together.
- Freeze until the dough is firm but not frozen (about 10 minutes).
- Bake in preheated 400 degrees F oven until light brown.
- Serve with your favorite crackers.
