Mascarpone and Gorgonzola Sauce

Serves 3 cups


Ingredients:

2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup Belgioioso Mascarpone
1/2 cup Crumbled Gorgonzola

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Bring to a low boil and stir with a wooden spoon over low heat until the cheeses are melted and smooth.
  3. Serve immediately over cooked pasta or gnocchi.
