Brie Grilled Cheese with Fig Spread, Green Apple and Prosciutto

Ingredients:
4 slices crusty bread
2 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons fig jam
4 oz Brie cheese, sliced
2 Granny Smith Apples, cored and sliced
4 slices prosciutto
Directions:
Spread butter on one side of all four slices of bread. Place bread butter-side-down on grill pan over medium-low and spread fig jam on the top of each slice.
Start layering ingredients on two slices of the bread with brie cheese topped with apple, topped with prosciutto and finally top with more brie cheese.
Take the fig spread with 1 slice of bread and place it on top of the layered slice.
Press down and let grill for about 2 minutes, until bread begins browning. Then flip over and let the other side of the bread brown and the filling starts to melt.
