BBQ Salmon
Serves 4

Ingredients:
| 4 Salmon Filets, (6 oz.) |
| Olive Oil |
| Salt and Pepper or Salmon Rub |
| 1/2 cup Ketchup |
Directions:
- Preheat Oven to 400 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with foil; coat with cooking spray. Place salmon filets in pan skin-side down. Rub all over with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper or salmon rub. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the ketchup and brown sugar. Spread evenly over the top of the seasoned salmon filets.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until salmon is caramelized on top and just cooked through. Remove from oven and cover with foil; let rest 5 minutes before serving.
