Ingredients:
4 Rib eye steaks, (12 oz.)
Olive oil
Steak Rub
Butter
Salt
Freshly ground pepper
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Pat steaks dry with paper towels. Rub all over with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with steak rub.
Grill to desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Transfer to platter and top each steak with a pat of butter; cover and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
