Dijon Balsamic Glazed Pork Chops





Serves 4
Ingredients:
| 4 boneless or bone-in pork chops |
| Olive oil |
| Pork Rub |
| Alessi Dijon Mustard infused White Balsamic Reduction |
Directions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Rub olive oil all over pork chops and sprinkle evenly with pork rub.
- Grill pork chops to desired doneness, about 4 to 5 minutes per side. Brush chops evenly on both sides with Dijon Balsamic reduction the last few minutes of grilling time.
- Remove to platter; cover and let rest 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle the top of each chop with a little more of the Dijon balsamic glaze and serve warm.
