Dijon Balsamic Glazed Pork Chops

Serves 4


Ingredients:

4 boneless or bone-in pork chops
Olive oil
Pork Rub
Alessi Dijon Mustard infused White Balsamic Reduction

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Rub olive oil all over pork chops and sprinkle evenly with pork rub.
  2. Grill pork chops to desired doneness, about 4 to 5 minutes per side. Brush chops evenly on both sides with Dijon Balsamic reduction the last few minutes of grilling time.
  3. Remove to platter; cover and let rest 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle the top of each chop with a little more of the Dijon balsamic glaze and serve warm.
