2 cups Sparkling Cider or Sparkling Wine, (Champagne)
1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Place ham in large buttered roaster; set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the sparkling cider or wine, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and honey; pour over ham in roaster. Cover and cook for 15 minutes per pound or until ham is heated through.
Remove ham from roaster, tent with foil to keep warm. Raise oven temperature to 425 degrees F.
Pour juices from roaster into 2 quart saucepan; bring to a boil over high heat. Meanwhile, mix together the cornstarch and cold water until smooth. Whisk into boiling juices until a thickened glaze has formed, about 3 minutes.
Place ham back into roaster and coat with glaze. Bake uncovered, for 15 minutes or until outside of ham is browned and caramelized with the glaze.
