Ingredients:
Baby Back Ribs, Full Rack
Pork Seasoning or Rib Rub
Barbecue Sauce, Your Choice
Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
Directions:
Prepare sheet of aluminum foil to hold ribs. Make sure the foil is plenty long. Open package of ribs and place the rack right in the center of the aluminum foil. Make sure the meaty side is up.
Season the ribs with Pork Seasoning or Rib Rub on the top, slightly roll over and season underside of ribs. Bring up sides of foil along the long side of the ribs. Fold from top down about 1 inch and roll down to create a tight seal. Once you reach about one inch from top of ribs with foil, fold the sides in the same way and your package should be as sealed as possible. The way the aluminum foil is sealed helps to create a good cooking container!
Place in refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours to allow seasoning to marinate the rack of ribs.
Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F or the grill to 225 degrees F.
Once at the right temperature, place the ribs on the grill or in the oven. Bake in the oven for approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Grill for approximately 2 1/2 hours. After the cooking time, ribs will be well over the temperature of 160 degrees. The steam inside the foil and slow cooking will make them extremely tender.
You can sauce them right in the foil and serve or serve sauce on the side. Or you can slide the rack of ribs out of the foil and onto the grill, cooking on the same heat for about 5 to 10 minutes and baste with your favorite sauce.
