Sesame Ginger Salmon





Serves 4
Ingredients:
| 4 Fresh Salmon Filets, (6 oz) |
| 1 cup Litehouse Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing (Marinade), plus more for basting |
| Sesame seeds, for topping |
| Cooking spray |
| Sea salt |
| Freshly ground pepper |
Directions:
- Place Salmon Filets and 1 cup marinade in large sealable plastic bag; toss to coat evenly. Refrigerate 30 minutes and up to overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove salmon from marinade; discard marinade. Spray grill with cooking spray. Grill salmon filets non-skin side down first, about 3 to 4 minutes. Turn salmon over and finish grilling skin-side down, about 3 to 4 more minutes, brushing top with more marinade from bottle as it grills. Transfer to platter and tent with foil; let rest 5 minutes. Sprinkle tops with sesame seeds and serve warm.
