Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:

3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tsp Honey
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1 1/2 lbs Salmon fillet

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, butter, and honey until melted. Remove from heat; stir in the oil, mustard, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Cool for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat oven to 350. Place salmon in a large foil-lined baking pan. Drizzle the mixture over the top until fully coated. Bake, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes.
