Szechuan Green Beans





Serves 4
Ingredients:
| 2 tablespoons sesame oil or Stir Fry oil |
| 1 lb. fresh green beans |
| 4 teaspoons minced garlic |
| 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger |
| 2 tablespoons House of Tsang Szechuan Spicy Stir Fry Sauce, or to taste |
| 2 tablespoons Teriyaki or Hoisin Sauce, or to taste |
| Toasted Sesame Seeds, for topping |
Directions:
- Place a medium-large wok or heavy deep skillet over medium high heat.
- After a minute, add the oil. Wait a minute or so, and add the green beans.
- Turn the heat to high and stir fry for about 5 minutes, or until the beans are well seared. Add the garlic and ginger and cook another minute, stirring constantly. Pour in Szechuan and Teriyaki or Hoisin sauces and stir to coat; remove from heat. Stir in toasted sesame seeds and serve hot, warm, or at room temperature.
