1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into thin 1-inch strips
1 cup Stir fry sauce, divided (your choice of bottled stir fry sauce)
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
4 tablespoons wok oil or canola oil, divided
1 large sweet onion, cut in half and sliced
1 package sliced mushrooms, (8 oz)
2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
Soy sauce, to taste
Directions:
Place steak and 1/2 cup of the stir-fry sauce into sealable plastic bag; refrigerate 30 minutes up to overnight.
Meanwhile, place broccoli in microwave proof bowl, cover, and heat on high for 4 minutes; set aside.
Preheat large wok or skillet over high heat and add 1Tbsp. oil, swirling to coat sides and bottom of pan. Add marinated steak in 2 batches, adding more oil as needed and stir fry until browned, about 3 minutes. Transfer steak to platter and keep warm.
Add 1 tablespoons of oil to pan and add broccoli, stir fry 1 minute then add another Tbsp. of oil and add onions and mushrooms, stir frying another 3 to 4 minutes or until veggies are crisp-tender. Add beef back to pan and stir in remaining stir fry sauce, oyster sauce, and season, to taste, with soy sauce.
