Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together the meatloaf mix and crumbled blue cheese. Shape into 8 equal-size portioned patties; set aside.
Preheat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brown burgers on both sides until deep golden brown on both sides and nearly cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Reduce heat to low and top each burger with one slice each Swiss cheese and ham. Cover and cook another 2 minutes or until cheese is melted and burgers are cooked through.
Serve on butter-toasted buns topped with blue cheese dip and sandwich relish, if desired.
To bake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place burgers on greased sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes; top with cheese and ham and bake another 10 minutes.
To grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat and grill 5 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to medium-low and top with cheese and ham, cover, and grill 2 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
