Grilled Sirloin Steaks with Garlic Butter

Ingredients:
Steaks:
4 sirloin steaks, (8 oz. each)
Extra-virgin olive oil
Montreal Steak Seasoning
For Garlic Butter:
1 cup butter, softened
2 tsp garlic powder
6 cloves garlic, finely minced or pressed
1/2 cup fresh chives, chopped
Sea salt, to taste
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Directions:
Steak: Preheat an outdoor charcoal or gas grill for high heat. Pat steaks dry with paper towels and rub all over with olive oil. Sprinkle with Montreal steak seasoning.
Butter: In a medium bowl, mix together garlic butter ingredients and pour onto sheet of wax paper. Fold wax paper up around butter and twist ends together to form a cylinder; refrigerate until ready to use.
Grill steaks 4 to 5 minutes per side, or to desired doneness. When done, transfer to platter, top with slices of garlic butter, tent with foil, and allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.
