Sun-dried Tomato Butter

Serves 1 1/2 cups


Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup Bella Sun Luci Sun- Dried Tomatoes, packed in olive oil and herbs, finely minced
1 tablespoon fresh garlic, finely minced
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in medium bowl with hand mixer or food processor until whipped and well blended. Taste for seasoning and spread on artisan bread and serve.
  2. Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 2 weeks or 1 month in freezer and bring to room temperature before using.
