King's Hawaiian Stuffing





Serves 10-12
Ingredients:
| 1 1/4 cups butter, divided |
| 4 ribs celery, finely chopped, about 2 cups |
| 1 large yellow onion |
| 2 teaspoons rubbed sage |
| 1 teaspoons seasoned salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
| 2 bags (20 oz.) King's Hawaiian stuffing mix. |
| 4 cups turkey, chicken, vegetable broth |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Butter a 4-quart casserole or baking pan; set aside
- Preheat large Dutch oven or soup/stock pot over medium-high heat.
- Melt together butter, celery and onions.
- Stir in sage and seasoned salt and pepper, to taste, and saute until vegetables are translucent, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in stuffing mix and broth, tossing to coat evenly.
- Pour into prepared casserole dish and dot top evenly with remaining 1/4 cup butter
- Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes; remove cover and bake another 15 minutes or until top is brown and crispy
