Bourbon Maple Glazed Carrots

1 1/2 Lbs Carrots, peeled and sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
1 Cup Bourbon
1 Stick Butter
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
Salt and Pepper
2 Tsp Dill, chopped


  1. Add the bourbon to a sauce pan and heat over medium-high heat until the bourbon has reduced by half, about 10 minutes.
  2. Add the butter, syrup, brown sugar, salt and pepper, dill, and carrots. Mix together.
  3. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for about 20 min or until the carrots are tender. Cook with the lid on the pan.
  4. Garnish with more dill and serve warm.
