Bourbon Maple Glazed Carrots

|1 1/2 Lbs Carrots, peeled and sliced into 1/2 inch pieces|
|1 Cup Bourbon|
|1 Stick Butter|
|1/4 Cup Maple Syrup|
|1/4 Cup Brown Sugar|
|Salt and Pepper|
|2 Tsp Dill, chopped|
- Add the bourbon to a sauce pan and heat over medium-high heat until the bourbon has reduced by half, about 10 minutes.
- Add the butter, syrup, brown sugar, salt and pepper, dill, and carrots. Mix together.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for about 20 min or until the carrots are tender. Cook with the lid on the pan.
- Garnish with more dill and serve warm.
