Slow Cooker Honey Thyme Glazed Carrots

Ingredients:

2 lbs Carrots, peeled and sliced
6 Tbsp Honey
6 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
1 1/2 Tsp Dried Thyme (or fresh)
1 Tsp Sea Salt

Directions:

  1. Wash, peel, and slice the carrots.
  2. Add all ingredients to the bowl of a slow cooker. No need to stir at this point.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours. Stir every 45-60 minutes to make sure the carrots are fully coated. Serve warm.
